I placed an order on 19/06/21 with a delivery scheduled for 30/06/2021 to 06/07/2021, I received an ‎email with an order confirmation : PHA-SA-210619180747934, then another email with a tracking ‎number: RU916029766NL. ‎ Today is 18/08/2021. I checked with carrier Spring global delivery solutions. I was told the parcel ‎actually hasn't been shipped.‎ And then, I contacted support (Carethy) to verify the delivery date of my order and was told my ‎tracking number did not connect my email.‎ In this case, I request for order cancellation and kindly refund my amount ASAP. ‎ Thank You,‎
