I received an email telling me that my package from Carethy has been shipped and I see from the email that they have sent off some wrong products and a number of the items I ordered are even missing! I contacted them to rectify this but they said that they can’t do anything as it has been shipped out. I can only wait to receive the products, return it back to them, and wait for them to receive it before I get my refund. This is egregious, considering that they made a mistake on my order and that the amount I have paid exceeds the cost of the items that they have actually sent out to me. After reading these reviews, I’m not sure when I’ll receive that package and if they’ll even honour their words and provide me with a refund! Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and they sound almost like a scam. As mentioned by another reviewer, they don’t give any useful information and simply copy paste some standard email template to you. Shocking. Please avoid buying from Carethy.
