I cancelled my order after placing it and they said they cannot cancel it because has already been processed. They advised me to refuse the parcel-I couldn't, because RM just left it at the door without even knocking, me being at home at the time. I then emailed them and asked them where to send it back- they gave me a different address from the one on the box, so I send it there. I never opened the parcel, but just put it in a bag and send it to that address they gave me. That was 2 months ago. The parcel is stuck with Customs since the 18th of July. Customs asked Carethy to send them the documents for that parcel, probably for the content, but they can't be bothered to supply those docs. Meanwhile, the person that I keep getting answers to my emails from keeps saying that they will not refund me until they get the parcel, but they need to go and pick up the parcel and they can't be bothered. I do not think I will get my money back. £68.88 lost +£14 to send it back, all because they refused to cancel the order. So, please be very careful with this site, as you will not get a refund for sure. I do not know whom to talk to or where to make a complaint for these ones. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
