Order number PHA-AU-22092909320561c06. I ordered 4 unwaxed GUM flosses at a cost of $28 and $20 postage from Carethy. The unwaxed label can be clearly seen on the item I ordered. I have been buying these locally in Australia for 3 years under direction from my periodontist - only 4 pharmacies in Melbourne sold them, now none of them do. I had to source them online and these could only be obtained from overseas. They took a month to arrive, but after reading stories here and elsewhere of people not receiving items from Carethy, I was glad when they arrived yesterday. However, the flosses sent were waxed! I can choose from a vast array of waxed floss at any pharmacy or supermarket in Australia for a fraction of the price I paid. A site dealing specifically in health products needs to get their orders right, and Carethy have failed to deliver the item I require. Very disappointed and angry as the unwaxed floss is essential for my dental health. With a 2 month turnaround and another $40 postage, I won't be bothering about an exchange. John Middleton
