I ordered an expensive skincare gift set (£135) on Carethy website on 14 Nov, but now 4 weeks past still not received(The excepted delivery date is by 25 Nov). According to the tracking information, it arrived at UK custom from Spain on 23 Nov, and it said "delivery attempted" on 17 Nov, but I never received it or received any email/texts/notes from the carrier" Spring Global Delivery Solution", no update at all. I called and emailed Carethy customer service, the staff Sonia said will check for me but never reply again, she agreed to give me a refund if the parcel is still no news, but didn't reply to my 5 emails. This is the worst company I ever met, totally a scam!!!!! Pls be aware and avoid this company!
