I wish I had researched this company before I bought from them. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever endured. This company cares nothing for its customers. This was my 1st and last time to shop with them. I have spent weeks trying to get my money back for items I bought that did not arrive. I ordered and paid in full for two health supplement items on the 21st April 2023, amounting to €199.03Euro. The estimated delivery date was 11th April 2023. What I was unaware of at the time of ordering was the items were not even available! There was no suggestion of this on the order form when I bought these items. I had no communications from Carethy advising the goods were not available or in stock. I was given a DHL tracking number so I checked periodically to see when I should expect delivery. When supplements didn't arrive on the suggested date, I e-mailed Carethy seeking information. I followed this up with numerous e-mails over the following 6 weeks, trying to find out what was the cause of the delay. At no time did Carethy initiate any email other than to reply to my queries. Most replies were vague and suggested I be patient. I contacted DHL and I was assured by a DHL senior representative that the items had not left the Spain depot! I then received an e-mail from Carthy insisting I fill out a Statutory Declaration, inferring that I had already received the items and that they had my signature proof that the items had been signed for and wished to cross reference that signature against my passport signature which they requested I send to them along with this form! Carethy did this without first checking with DHL to see if the parcel had actually been delivered. Carethy's last e-mail was to advise that if the items had not been delivered it was nothing to do with them. Clearly the goods were not available and obviously were not posted. Absolutely no customer care. No respect or consideration for the customer and no due diligence or sense of responsibility when something goes wrong. One Star only because there is no option for no stars... Avoid at all costs Buyers beware.
