In November I ordered some aftershave, the money was taken the next day. This was a Christmas present and I did not receive anything nor did I hear anything. Kept contacting them, no response and finally on 27th December I received an email to say that the product was not in stock and they would give me points for the money I paid. I don’t want points, just a refund as they should never have taken the money when the product is not available! Have asked for the refund several times now, no response!! This is just not right, I will keep trying and hope one day they will give me my money back. This is not the kind of company I want to deal with.
