This company is a fraud, I have written several emails from several accounts I have and never received a response! I have already purchased from them once in 2022 and the products arrived within 3 weeks! Now in January 2024 I made a purchase worth £82 and no The product arrived, I contacted them via email and no response! I also did a thorough search to find their physical phone numbers, I found some numbers, I will leave the printed ones here, and none of them responded, the call hangs up automatically, I found a number on a cell phone, the only one who called, leaving access extensions, they answered automatically saying to contact them by email! In other words, it's a cycle of tiring the customer and no response, I read all their information, and they always have an answer where the customer is to blame, like if you don't receive an email back the problem is your email provider, what do you mean my email provider? I used the same email address where they stole my money when they sent the invoice with a fake order number, but to get a response the problem is my email provider….I will report it!
