I ordered there twice now because it's the one of the two websites that has the products I need. On the first order I didn't pay for the yoga guarantee (which essentially is for your order to not be damaged and to get answered faster from the support team) and my package took more than the estimated time to arrive and it was damaged. For the second order, I paid for the yoga guarantee and I contacted them because no information was given regarding the order update and they took days to come back to me only to tell me that the product was not available and to ask me to either pick something else from the website or cancel. I decided to cancel and it's been days, just waiting for a response. Do not order with them, there are better options out there.
