Do not buy from this Company. I ordered make up for my 94 year old mother in January 2024. It’s now mid April 2024. They couldn’t/can’t supply what was advertised. I asked for a refund snd they agreed. I then got an email saying they had applied points to my account instead. I contacted them asking for the money to be returned-I didn’t want points- and they agreed. I’m 24 emails and counting and still waiting for my money . I keep getting told that they are sorry the refund hasn’t come ands they will ask finance sept to process it again. Nothing happens. Meantime I still get automated emails from them asking if I want to buy the items again that they can’t supply! Disgrace to retailers. Shouldn’t be all owed to trade.
