Beware this is a scam company. I placed an order on the 25th of January for £125.76 which was never delivered. Four weeks later I requested a refund and instead of issuing a refund, I was told they were refunding the total amount as purchase points in the account. I then placed another order on the 2nd of March trying to use all credit and again nothing was delivered. I have requested a full refund on the 13th of May for all the money I have paid and still waiting. On the 14th of May, I received an email that my order is cancelled, and a new order was placed under my name not authorized by me for one of the products which is absolutely useless as both products are meant to be used together. I now have no choice but to escalate through my credit card company as I am not confident anything will happen. I only wished I read the reviews beforehand.
