I placed order last November never received items as got stuck in customs. It was eventually returned so requested refund must sent over 20 messages. Said it's been sent to finance department. Every time I get this response. But it's been over 5 months and still no refund. They take your money don't want to refund you. I'm so disappointment extremely appalling having to request refund it's over 57 pounds. It's my money should be given back. Now they are not even responding. Awful company
