I am yet another customer who feels scammed. I am in France, ordered 5 items. Nothing arrived when it was due, but did get a confirmation of order. I e-mailed and was told 2 items were out of stock, would I like to wait till they were in stock. I said no, so the 3 items arrived. After I said I was not happy with the service they offered 10% on top of the balance credit they held if I wanted to order again which stupidly I did. I had not seen this review website. Now the new order has not arrived so have cancelled and heard nothing from them. I will keep e-mailing them although the outstanding credit balance is only about 13 euros, but why should they get away with it, along with all the other poor people's money!
