If I could give 0 stars I would. When the product I ordered had not arrived 4 days after the expected delivery date, I contacted customer service to discover, the product was not in stock and it would take a further 4 weeks!! I was given an option for a refund (which I took) and was advised it would take a max of 14 days to receive. 26 days later I am still waiting on my refund and I keep being told there's a problem with their account system and the problem will be solved asap. No option to speak to someone over the phone. Please do not use this company. I believe they are fraudsters.
