SCAM ALERT: Ordered vitamin supplements. Sent e-mail asking why it was taking so long and that the status of my order was not being updated. Received reply that it was being processed. When order did not arrive on time, started checking reviews and realised that this company is fake and scamming people. Luckily, I had bought through Paypal, therefore, I sent them a complaint. I got quick response that they would inquire and offer the company time to respond. One week later, having not received a response from Carethy, I escalated the complaint with Paypal. One week later, Paypal decided to refund my money for both orders I had placed with Carethy.
