My credit card is charged but my order is always being processed even though they should have arrived yesterday. I contacted them to cancel my order and arranged a refund but no response! This company never does what it claims. It doesn't deliver its products, it doesn't reply to queries and the phone number posted on its facebook never gets through. It charges your credit card speedily though - a scam indeed! My order number is PHA-HK-200126153444cac and it is still under their forever processing stage. Why would this company still exist? Shouldn't the owner be sent to jail for fraud??
