I have ordered a couple of products with Carethy which were indicated as available on stock and the delivery should happen within one week. Two weeks later the status of my order did not change as it was still saying processing, and once inquired it was informed out of stock and there was no date for this to be replaced. I then asked for a full refund of my order; which was confirmed on 31/01/2020, but until now there are no records from your side about it and last my tentative to contact customer support did not result in success. The deadline for Carethy to provide me the full refund is due to 19/02/2020 t On the contrary I will immediately contact my insurance company legal department to proceed with a file against your company. I want to remind you the not fulfilment of a contract/terms and conditions, also know as " breach" can result in serious consequences, including a law suit.
