can't select 0 star! The parcel is now 1 month late and below is the last feedback I heard from their customer service. This is an absolute joke. I have asked for a refund 3 times now. Thanks God, we all know that the bushfires have stopped. "Good morning, We don't have updated traceability after the arrival of the shipment in the country of destination on 11/02/2020.
