My order was placed & paid in full for 2 Hipertin Hair Products which are used in conjunction. 1 item delivered and 1 item
Not delivered.
I Have sent lots of mails regarding the non delivered item mostly these were left unanswered, when I did receive a reply I was advised that my item was not in stock and that I would be credited with points! I have again sent another email to advise the item which was delivered is not suitable without this non delivered item.
I would like to return my item and want a full refund including the delivery costs. I was not advised when placing order than 1 item ordered was not in stock as at this point I woukd not have placed the order.
I DO NOT want credit in points as I will not be purchasing any further items from your company.
In my opinion I should have been informed that from the ordered items there was 1 which was not in stock and ask what I would like to do with the order and I would have requested a full refund without any items shipping
Please refund my original account In full for both items, send me the prepaid returns label by return and advise once this has been completed.
