My mother is waiting for a refund that was promised and due by Carethy that was never made. Nor have they responded to the various emails sent (mine and hers) to solve this situation or to show any kind of respect. The purchase (reference is: PHA-PT-200126191732918) was made on the 26th of January and the order was canceled by Carethy because they did not have the products advertised on the website to deliver. They promised to refund in 14 days. It has been almost 2 months and no refund or any answer to any email which is unbelievable. I request urgent contact from Carethy and an immediate resolution of this situation. Regards, Joana
