I ordered from Carethy as the product I wanted was cheapest on their site. I ordered without doing any research into the company and then panicked when I saw the bad reviews. I emailed the company straight away for reassurance and to this day I haven’t received a reply. However, the product has arrived and on time despite all the issues at the moment. I think it takes a while as products are sent from Spain. Overall I can say the service for getting the product here was good but their customer service is AWFUL. Please look into sorting that out. Reply to your customers and they will feel secure to keep coming back again and again. I can’t say I would order from them again but I am happy with the order I received. Thank you.
