Ordered hand gel sanitizer, which is obviously a hot commodity at this point. They contacted me to tell me that what I ordered can't be fulfilled but they have an alternative they can send that is exactly the same. So far so good I thought as they were trying to make good. When the product arrived though it was basically liquid alcohol, which is nowhere near the same as gel hand sanitizer. So reached out for a return and refund over a week ago and only one response has been had, which basically said that there is alcohol in it so that should be good enough and they won't do anything about it. Total scam artists like all the other reviews are saying!
