This is not an attempt to help Carethy get better This is to tell you and as many others as possible about your customer service,ha ha. The only time I heard from Carethy was after I got my money back by opening a case with PayPal. I wrote 4 emails asking where my order was, NOT ONE REPLY, NOT ONE??? You only contacted me after I'd got my refund. You made the excuse the delay was due to the virus??? The virus shouldn't have stopped you emailing me. I've ordered over 30 online orders since ordering from you, everyone emailed me explaining why my orders would be a little late, no problem, I was expecting a little late. I was not expecting no contact at all?? I explained the order was needed due to my wife's health!!!! MY WIFE'S HEALTH. Not one reply, I hope others read this. Really really confused, disappointed and angry Michael Green
