My order was dispatched on April 14th. Today May 3rd I haven't received my order yet. I spent over £ 100. The customer service does not answer me. When you reply it is an automatic message, give me a link that does not work, and on the Hermès website my shipped number does not exist. My order is gone. I want my money back . But I'll call my bank to cancel this operation. And if I can't resolve this with the bank, I'll go to the police here in London to report the company.
