I placed my order April 22, with an expected delivery of May 6 or 7. I decided to look up some reviews of the website after I had already placed my order, and found a ton of low reviews, of people saying they never received their orders, or got the wrong thing, etc. I was kind of nervous, but I couldn't see a way to cancel my order, so I just decided to wait and see. I got an email that it was being prepared to ship, and the next week or so I would check the shipping number to look for any updates. I ended up getting my package May 4, two days earlier than they had told me in the beginning. Included was a little sheet of paper explaining the situation - how their manufacturers are overwhelmed because of COVID-19, and that they were finding it impossibly to supply some products that were for sale on their website, like hand sanitizer. I had ordered some hair dye, shampoo, and a hair oil. No masks or sanitizers or anything like that. Based on that, I kind of feel like most of these angry reviews are from people trying to buy hand sanitizer or whatever online (even though soap actually works better than sanitizer, but whatever). As of right now, I actually can't find hand sanitizer on their website anymore. TLDR; If you're just looking to order normal stuff that you would normally order from Carethys, go for it. I had no problems at all, and actually received my order earlier than estimated. If you're looking to buy masks or hand sanitizer, look somewhere else. Or just buy soap.
