I've ordered some hand sanitizing gel at the end of march, before being delivered, I received an email saying that due to the current situation, another similar product would be sent to me instead of the one I have ordered, they gave me the reference of the new product and I was ok with that. WEEKS later, I received another product with no relation to the one I ordered, no relation to the one they told me they will send instead. Since then, I have been trying to get a refund or the correct product, I have been asked pictures of products and lot of different information but they never mentioned how I should return the package to get refund. It is now very frustrating knowing that on their newsletter (which I keep on receiving after refusing it) they offer discount on the product I actually ordered. Is this company a real one or a scam?
