Please do not order from them. I placed my order and there was no sign of the product even after the delivery date. I had to raise a request and was told they can't ship the product as it is not available. So I asked to cancel and refund. For the last 2 months I am following up but have not received my refund. They would only reply saying the payment system has technical failure. It is a disaster. I have lost in tune of €75 with no product at carethy.ie just pathetic
