Would give 0 stars if there was an option - wish I had checked reviews before purchasing from them. Purchased hand sanitizer on 9th March. Took over 1 month for any sign of it coming, then somehow when I checked the tracking number that they gave me (which i now suspect was faked somehow) that told me the product was rejected by Netherlands post and returned to sender. Asked for a full refund, was told I would get one within 14 business days. At day 14, emailed again and got a snooty reply saying it was still withing the timeframe. Now well past 14 days and have stopped receiving correspondence from them. Now I'm left hoping my credit card can do a chargeback. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
