Your reviews speak for themselves - does anybody at Carethy read them? I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I received an email confirming my order and giving me a delivery date, but when the goods didn't arrive and I sent an enquiry email I was told my order had been cancelled because of a payment problem (which I have never had anywhere else?!). No email or any communication telling me my order had been cancelled and therefore giving me an opportunity to order from somewhere else. Too many people saying the same thing - fix it if you want to survive!!
