Never order from Carethy! Living in France, I ordered hand gel sanitizer from a well-known brand (24 euros.), what I received was a liquid hand gel from Carethy which costs only 10 euros! I asked for returning or reimbursement, what CS said is only ....."The product you received contained the same element and formula", without showing responsibility. Later, I tried to contact MANY TIMES in order to get reimbursement. Once we all agreed, it took me MORE THAN 2 MONTHS right now, and I haven't got my money back. It seems not so much money, but imagine if they do this with a hundred customers. F them all! If you have a choice with no star, I would choose this option.
