Product still has not been delivered and it is 4 weeks overdue. One email from customer support says "We inform you that we have requested information on the terms of service to the provider. We'll let you know their answer as soon as we have an answer from them. If you don't receive any update in the next 48 hours, please contact us again and we will inform you about the status of the order." In other words we will do nothing and but you should just contact us again and again. This experience is just like the other reviews here. D O N O T B U Y F R O M C A R E T H Y !!!!!!
