TOTAL SCAM! I did not check the most recent reviews prior to making a “purchase” as I’ve ordered from them before over 3 years ago a product for €7 and there was no issues. This must be their strategy. This time I’ve made an order for €180 and they even applied a discount! However, a few days after making the purchase I still not received a confirmation with tracking number, the status of the order was still “In progress” and their website was down. I become suspicious. I’ve checked the web and discovered over a thousand bad reviews! I rang my bank immediately and disputed this transaction. A week later I got my money back! In the meantime Carethy sent me an email saying “My order is on the way” and a link to a Spanish Courier website without providing any tracking number. This is how they operate. They try to buy time! If you are in a similar situation just ring your bank and dispute it! They will also get a fine from their own bank for a chargeback.
