I made an order over a month ago for almost €160. I never got an email when the package was delivered. Apparently no one received it and they sent it to a pick up point; I found out about all this weeks later when the package was already on its way back to the sender. Carethy must contact post.nl to start an investigation as it seems like the package is stuck somewhere and there is literally nothing I can do -nor post.nl- if Carethy don't contact them. I have sent lots of emails and filled in the contact form lots of times asking them to either send us the package again or reimburse us -no reply yet. It's really annoying and after reading all these reviews, it really makes me think that Carethy is a scam. So no, don't buy from them!
