This company are scammers. They took my money and sent me damaged goods. Despite me sending them photos and numerous emails they ignored me until I put a bad review on Trust Pilot. I ordered several items including body oil. Unfortunately there was no lid on the body oil and it all emptied into the parcel containing my other orders. All my products were sticky and the boxed items had fallen apart. Despite this they were only prepared to refund for the oil. They said they had refunded my money on 10/7/20 but they lied. I waited another 3 weeks and chased again. Now they said they have IT problems and will refund as soon as they can, despite saying previously that they had refunded my money. They have ignored and lied to me throughout. Their customer service is appalling.
