The product i recived was wrong and damaged. Also i knw that the product got damaged on the way due to customes so i dont blame carethy for that.However i got my full refund with in a week. I am so happy. The customer service was promt in replying to my email. Evrytym i was so rude with them reading all the reviews but no ..dey replied very proffessionaly n answered to my evry query within 24 hours of wait max. I am very happy with the service. If ur package is delayed its becoz of the customes not carethy. Trust me i learned it the hard way. Yes the products whr not what i ordered but whr still good n useable. I knw its not justified but i recived full refund after reciving equally good product. Thank you carethy
