Do not order from this company! I ordered three bottles of scalp relief shampoo as a one-off order. I had no idea there was an automatic periodic delivery attached and there was nothing on the website to confirm that I actually wanted periodic deliveries. Despite countless emails and correspondence via their website Carethy would not cancel the deliveries and all I kept getting were automatic replies which did not answer my queries. Eventually, they just told me to ‘reject’ the deliveries which was impossible as they were just left on the doorstep with no signature required. Shipping back the products would have cost me just as much as the product itself, with no guarantee of a full refund. In addition, they informed me I could not delete my credit card information from their website as it was ‘linked to a periodic delivery’!! As a result, I have had to pay nearly $200 for shampoo I do not need and have been left extremely distressed by five months of their, at the very least, inept customer service.
