I Ordered product, on Aug 7, 2020， total cost：USD 43.62, they send me a email told me the products are out of stock,I requested refund to my payment card.
Was told 14 working days until refund shall reflect. Yo date I not received my refund. I contact customer service numerous times . They came up with several excuses such as technical issue with processing the refund, they are checking on it. They are thieves, the company is a fraud. Don’t waste you time or money!’
