During shipping, a dent appeared on my car purchased from the USA that wasn’t there originally. I reached out for support, and they quickly offered a solution: either a full repair or a cash compensation. I opted for compensation, but the process took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. While the team was helpful, I would have preferred a quicker resolution. Overall, grateful for their support, though I’d recommend they streamline their response time for future customers.
