They ultimately admitted responsibility. They offered to either send a replacement part or give me a cash reimbursement. However, getting the refund wasn’t exactly smooth – I had to message Arthur multiple times on WhatsApp asking when I’d receive it. After about a week, I finally got the money. I’m glad they take these issues seriously and resolved it, even if it did take some extra effort.
