I was looking at a 2007 Subaru Imprezza Sport 5 sp. with 180,000 miles. The price was good but that's a lot of miles for any vehicle. But the CARFAX showed that it was a 1 owner vehicle, no accidents. But even though the differential and tranny fluids were changed, it didn't show the timing belt as being changed. With the confidence of the CARFAX 1 owner report, I bought the car, thinking that anyone who did the above maintenance would do the timing belt. Sure enough, his phone number was in the car, and the belt had been changed as well as the clutch. THANK YOU, CARFAX! Love the car! BW
