We were looking to purchase an Acura TL for our son. We had narrowed our search to three Acura TL's. After looking at all three my son wanted us to purchase the black one because he really liked black. All three cars were similar in price, condition, and milage. The only real difference was color. Although we had a good feeling about the three choices we decided to get a CarFax report on each of the cars. The results were shocking. The black Acura TL had been reported as a total loss in an accident. The other two came back clean. However, the owner if the Acura we actually purchased as been very up front with some information about the car that was confirmed by the CarFax report. We are very happy with a vehicle purchase and thankful that the CarFax saved us from purchasing a car that would have placed my son's safety at risk. We will always get a CarFax when purchasing a used vehicle. Ken Roberts
