I purchased a car at an auto auction from a dealer and was presented a clean title. But, when I went to license the car I was told it had been in an accident and at one point had a salvage title. I ran the Carfax report which I would have thought the dealer should have done and found out that it was wrecked with only 7000 miles on it. I purchased it with 97000 on and got a salvaged title printed with my name on it. Wasn't happy!!
