Carfax is really a must have if you are buying a high end luxury sports vehicle! I was searching for a particular car and after looking and doing research for several months I realized a car HISTORY would be most valuable in my assessment process as I was doing a nationwide search for a vehicle that was a very limited production (approximately 400 per year over the 3 year production span I was considering) With the help of car fax I found it easy to dismiss some cars out of hand due to their history.
