I wanted to buy a truck that was older but still had some years for hauling household items from time to time. First, that says I didn't want to spend a lot of money. Second, it says I need it to last. Knowing CARFAX is connected to insurance and police records I thought spending a few dollars to help me make that choice could save me money by not buying a known problem. I found a great truck and found that it had been in a little altercation. That gave me a heads up on what to look for. I also saw records of service and mileage all of which helped me make a decision. Unless you are a mechanic I don't see how this service isn't one of the best investments you can make.
