I spotted a truck from the street on i driving on . It was what i was looking for but it was on a used car lot in a part of town that had a lot of car lots and the reputation of these car lots lets just say buyer beware. I went in talked about the truck and it had high miles on it for that year excessive miles. Took it for a test drive and was really surprise at the performance this truck did. Told the owner I would think about it and wrote down the VIN # went home that night and ran a car fax report turns out the high mileage was due to the previous owner driving from southern Calif to mid east Ohio a lot. I bought the truck and there is nothing wrong with it and made a good deal to boot. Never would have given that truck a second look with that many miles on it except, car fax exposed the fact that they were interstate miles and not stop and go there is a huge difference.
