We recently went looking for an older BMW M3. We found a number of them on the internet. Many being sold by private sellers but a few offered by dealers. Some offered a Car Fax report but most didn't. We narrowed our search to four cars. I then bought a five pack of Car Fax reports. We found that some cars were in accidents (two were major) another car had seven previous owners and sold at auction three times.
