I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who looking to buy a used vehicle to sign up for CarFax. It is so easy to use. Once you find a used vehicle that you are interested in, you can run a CarFax report using the vehicle’s VIN#. These reports include valuable data on the vehicle’s history. There were two instances where I spoke to different dealers and they said it was a great deal to purchase their vehicle. Once I got the CarFax reports (which are available within minutes), I found both vehicles were in accidents where the airbags were actually deployed. These are vehicles you want to stay away from.
