I recently purchased a 2005 Chevy Tahoe, I was so excited. But that excited was short lived, after I was hit and it went into the body shop, I found out that it was basically held together by bubble gum and duck tape and not one word the seller told me was true! The shop suggested I go to CarFax, to get a report to find out what was actually up with this truck. I had no idea what the heck they were talking about! So I did, and found out that the truck had been hit multiple times and was actually a total loss at one point! I also found that the mileage was way off! Boy, this would have been awesome had I known of this site before purchasing a lemon! I ended up looking for a new truck and believe me, I used CarFax to do my homework on every truck I looked at, before finding the right truck. I highly suggest that everyone looking for a car, be smart and use CarFax before buying to get the true history! CarFox rules!
