My old 1999 car died on the highway and I needed a replacement fast. Hopefully the same model if I could find one. I searched on Craigslist and saw several but nothing worth following, On the third day a gem popped up, but it really seemed to good to be true. A 2001, exactly the same model and only 19500 miles with a price of $2000. The VIN was listed so I signed up for CARFAX and ran the number. It checked perfectly so I dashed over to the location and bought the car after a quick drive around the block. The little old lady selling the car was glad to get rid of it and I've been smiling ever since. It is a gem and friends and family are asking if I can do the same for them. Maybe, but only if CARFAX says it's OK.
