I was interested in a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, with relatively few miles. CarFax informed me that it had three previous owners, but I could tell that the first was a few months as a dealers car, then there was a very long ownership by one person and a short time third owner. There was a report of an accident but I found that it was a minor side accident in which someone backed into the car in a lot. The reparir job was escellent with no evidnece showing. So with the history well established I felt comfortable with buying the car and am happy with that decision.
